COVID-19 UPDATE

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing delays with shipments and customs delays due to COVID-19.

Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of you placing an order. Please allow 7-25 business days for shipping, dependent on your location.

Due to the worldwide health caution, customs are being very strict with package processing. This may also cause further delays that are out of our control.

 We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible to reduce your trouble. We want to thank you for your patience during this time.

1. What is your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. What happens if I receive defected or wrong item?

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you can contact us at info@royalfashionn.com for a refund. Please make sure to describe what went wrong and send along a picture, and we'll give you your money back in full.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, If you want to cancel your order please cancel it within 24 hours of placing an order. 

4. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, If you didn't get the exact product you expected please contact us. We will exchange your product or offer you a store credit. 

5. How long are shipping time?

Your products will ship within one to five days of you placing your order and then takes 7 to 21 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at Royal Fashionn has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
